Do your standard T&Cs need a refresher?

A good way to check:

- Do they mention Trade Practices Act 1974 (then a refresher is a good idea)

- Do they have a general average clause? (If not, then a refresher is a good idea)

- Do they mention offering customs clearance - but you don't have a brokerage licence? (then a refresher is a good idea)

- Do they mention insurance, and it doesn't match your business practice? (then a refresher is a good idea)
